Worrying doesn't help anyone. I should know. I'm an expert at it. It's not something I enjoy and I try my best not to worry, but sometimes it feels like your brain is flipped upside down and you don't know what to do. I think the thing that's helped me the most is realizing that there's no point in worrying. It makes you feel bad and most of the time the thing you're worried about never happens. Even if it does happen, worrying still won't be of any help to you. If you do a lot of worrying just take a second and think about why you're doing this to yourself. You'll be glad you did.
